Glessner House Museum welcomes Judith Paine McBrien and John DeSalvo, AIA, the author and illustrator respectively of The Pocket Guide to Chicago Architecture.

The event will begin with a reception and complimentary tours of the house at 6:00pm, followed by a talk at 7:00pm. McBrien and DeSalvo will discuss their inspiration and process of creating the guide book series. The exhibition, which will be open from 6:00 until 9:00pm, will focus on renderings of Glessner House and other Chicago landmarks from De Salvo's IIT rendering course plus his original illustrations for The Pocket Guide.

The exhibition will include IIT Architecture student work from De Salvo's Analytic Rendering courses. The student work features Glessner House and other Chicago Landmarks. The exhibit will be available for viewing  from Wednesday, November 15th through Friday, November 17th.
