Adjunct Professor
Camille Yu is the founder and principal of the architecture and design firm Yuspoke in Oak Park, Illinois. Her practice is grounded in an engineering-driven approach that integrates scientific rigor, technological innovation, and sustainability within architectural design.
With over fifteen years of professional experience, Camille’s work spans educational laboratories, affordable housing, and the renovation of historically significant residences. Her work on the Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center received a Chicago Building Congress Merit Award, recognizing excellence in community-centered design.
Camille holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and a Master of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where she was a Morgenstern Scholar.
