Mr Crowell is an internationally recognized expert in high-rise buildings. He has worked on projects in the United States, the Middle East, and Europe. During his 35-year-long career he has been responsible for the successful delivery of more than 150 high profile programs and projects. His recent work includes leading the design phase for The Shard, London Bridge Quarter, celebrated as the tallest building in Europe, as well as the Kingdom Tower in Jeddah Saudi Arabia, which is currently under construction.
Mr Crowell received his Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is an adjunct professor of Program Management at Northwestern’s Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science. He is a member of Illinois Institute of Technology’s Board of Trustees and Chairs the College of Architecture Board of Overseers.
