Expertise
Professor Jones is a practicing architect and scholar. Her firm, Studio Integra, specializes in urban design and renovations/additions in historic neighborhoods. Her scholarly research focuses on marginalized voices in architecture, transformative architectural education, and topics related to Mies van der Rohe’s legacy at IIT College of Architecture, including visual training, regional planning and long span architecture.
Professor Jones is currently working on a book on Aesthetics in Architectural Education to be published by Routledge.
