The Mies Crown Hall Americas Prize community invites everyone to the premiere of two films that spotlight MCHAP finalists in S. R. Crown Hall starting at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8.
MCHAP The Americas: Cycle 4, created by Pablo Gerson, follows the MCHAP 2022 jury on their trips to visit the finalist projects, from Canada to Paraguay. IIT College of Architecture students created MCHAP.emerge Cycle 4: The Interviews, which features four former MCHAP.emerge finalists.
MCHAP, founded in 2012, is a biennial award recognizing excellence in built works of architecture in the Americas. MCHAP.emerge highlights work from newer architects and studios.
The premiere will also be streamed online for those who are unable to attend the event in person.
