On Wednesday, October 23, we invite you to join us as we open an exhibit called “Polis,” which features the work of spanish architects who have been celebrated by the prestigious “european prize for urban public space.”
The exhibit will open with a lecture by noted Spanish architect Joan Roig of Battleroig, a 150-person firm based in Barcelona. Roig’s lecture will be followed by a panel on urbanism that includes, in addition to Roig, our own faculty members Carol Ross Barney, Martin Felsen, Luis Ortega and Maria Villalobos, moderated by professor Vedran Mimica.
This is an exceptional lineup of talent and we hope you will join us for the lecture, panel, and exhibition opening. This event will begin in Center Core at 5 p.m.
