Bachelor of Architecture+Master of Architecture Co-terminal Degree


The B.Arch.+M.S. Arch. program provides a foundation for advanced research and practice. This co-terminal program enables a student to simultaneously complete both an undergraduate and graduate degree in as few as six years, using undergraduate scholarships and funding. This program allows a student to gain greater knowledge in a specialized area while, in most cases, completing a smaller number of total credit hours.

Program Admission

The B.Arch.+M.S. Arch. program accepts applications after a B.Arch. student’s third year. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA to apply and students must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA throughout their studies.

Financial Aid
